Description
The Department of the Interior, on behalf of the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM), is seeking a contractor to perform a sand, sediment, and critical mineral investigation in federal waters offshore Southwest Florida. This project aims to support BOEM's identification of offshore sand, sediment, and potential critical mineral resources along the Outer Continental Shelf off Sarasota, Charlotte, Lee, and Collier Counties. The scope of work includes investigation planning, geophysical surveys, core collection and testing, critical mineral analysis, data evaluation, reporting, and submission of digital data deliverables. The contract will be a Time-and-Materials contract with a Not-to-Exceed ceiling price, and the period of performance is two years from the date of award.
