Description
The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources is soliciting bids for the labor, equipment, materials, and services necessary to legally and correctly install and complete two groundwater observation wells (environmental wells) in Rice County, near Faribault. The wells will be drilled into consolidated bedrock formations, with estimated depths and casing specifications provided. The contractor will be responsible for all aspects of the drilling, including site preparation, material management, well development, and final site cleanup and restoration. The project requires the contractor to be licensed as a Well Contractor in Minnesota and to comply with all applicable state and local regulations, including the Water Well Construction Code. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Swift Portal using the provided Excel Price Schedule.
