Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a prequalified vendor to produce 1,000 English election-day and early-voting voter-information posters. Posters must have a finished flat size of 24 by 36 inches, fold to 9 by 12 inches, use 60-pound white offset text stock, and be printed one-sided in black and PMS 300 blue with no bleeds. The required legal font size is 18 points, and electronic production files will be provided. The vendor must provide one hard-copy proof for approval before the production run, include a detailed quote letter, state production turnaround time and paper availability, and package and label cartons with the content, language, and quantity. Delivery must include freight to the State's dock and comply with the specified pallet, carton, and labeling requirements. Only prequalified Print and Mail Management vendors will be considered.
