Description
St. Tammany Parish Government requests a contractor to provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and incidentals necessary to improve drainage along Whispering Lane in Madisonville. The work includes mobilization; temporary signs, barricades, and traffic control; removal and replacement of cross culverts; full-depth asphalt patching; installation of 18-inch and 24-inch equivalent storm drain pipe; catch basin installation; centipede sod; select-soil borrow; and PVC drain tie-ins with cleanouts. The contractor must maintain two-way traffic, provide flaggers, protect existing utilities, submit required catch basin shop drawings for approval, and complete the project within 30 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The required classification is Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction. Quotes will be evaluated based on compliance and price, with the lowest compliant monetary quote selected. A performance bond equal to 100% of the project cost is required for projects costing $25,000 or more.
