Mississippi State University is requesting a single complete bid for the engineering, furnishing, freight, delivery, and onsite installation of a ground-supported structural truss system at Blue Grass Army Depot. The system will support twenty motion-capture cameras and an approximately 750-pound wet irrigation spray rig, with an approximate truss footprint of 21,500 mm by 9,000 mm. The scope includes truss structure, anchor bases, connection hardware, structural calculations, engineering review, stamped drawings or certification, freight, assembly, positioning, leveling, anchoring, and final installation. The bidder must identify the proposed configuration, structural design basis, load and site assumptions, anchoring method, support reactions, included materials and services, installation equipment and crew requirements, fabrication and delivery schedules, warranty, customer-furnished items, prerequisites, exclusions, deviations, and total price. The bidder must also identify information requiring post-award verification, including motion and vibration criteria, suspension-point loads, slab or foundation conditions, and site-access constraints. Optional services such as cable-routing support, equipment-mounting assistance, integration support, and structural turnover support may be listed separately; camera aiming, calibration, validation, and operator training are excluded from the required scope.
