Description
Moore Township seeks a qualified professional services firm to manage a multi-step design and construction project for its existing Township Building and Police Station campus. The scope includes conceptual alternatives, feasibility and program analysis, project planning, architectural and civil/structural engineering, land-use approvals, permitting, construction documents, bidding support, construction management, and project closeout. The project must account for space constraints, budgetary impacts, operational needs, traditional aesthetics, and the Township’s goal of obtaining grant support. The selected firm will serve as the Township’s primary point of contact and may direct or supervise civil engineering, construction management, and other specialist subconsultants. Joint proposals are permitted if the prime discloses each partner’s name, role, and costs. Proposals should demonstrate experience with municipal projects, grant-funded and finance-funded projects, Second Class Township Code requirements, bidding and construction, reimbursement reporting, and coordination with grant and financial management personnel.
