Madison County, Idaho is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified engineering firms to provide professional engineering and planning services for the evaluation, conceptual design, site planning, infrastructure assessment, and preliminary cost estimating associated with the proposed development of a new Madison County Fairgrounds facility. The project site consists of approximately 78.5 acres located near 3124 W. 3800 S., Rexburg, Idaho. Services may include site evaluation, master planning, conceptual design, infrastructure planning, development phasing, cost estimating, and related professional engineering services. Interested firms must be qualified to practice engineering in the State of Idaho and demonstrate experience with public facility planning and design projects of similar scope and complexity.
