Description
Idaho Falls School District 91 is soliciting proposals for 70 uninterruptible battery backup units to provide temporary power backup and power conditioning for network infrastructure, including core and distribution switches, network routers, wireless controllers, firewall appliances, and network monitoring systems. The equipment will be deployed in designated hub rooms across district facilities and must comply with E-Rate Category Two Internal Connections requirements. Necessary software and licenses are included in the requested function. Proposals must identify product specifications and itemized costs, including any ineligible equipment, services, fees, or charges. Equipment must be new, authorized for sale by the vendor, and covered by the full manufacturer's warranty. The proposal must include the requested UPS units, a signed Warranty and Product Availability Sheet, product availability information, warranty details, and all applicable costs. The award is contingent on E-Rate funding and district board approval; the awarded vendor must be an active E-Rate service provider with a valid SPIN.
