Description
Bonneville Joint School District #93 is requesting separate proposals for Schedule A managed lit-fiber Ethernet transport and Schedule B leased dark-fiber transport connecting the District Technology Center with nine district sites. Each site requires at least 1 Gbps connectivity; the District also requests pricing for a 10 Gbps Technology Center circuit and optional higher-capacity service, including 2 Gbps service where available. Copper, microwave, satellite, cellular, fixed wireless, and other wireless transport are not acceptable substitutes. The scope includes all labor, materials, construction, installation, configuration, testing, documentation, project management, monitoring, maintenance, and support needed for complete service delivery. Proposals must address network architecture, route diversity, demarcation, provider-furnished equipment, implementation and transition planning, service-level commitments, E-Rate billing and cost separation, pricing, exceptions, comparable project references, and a proposed service agreement. The initial contract term is July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2029, with up to two one-year extensions.
