Binghamton University is seeking a qualified contractor to construct a small Student Affairs rehearsal building for band practices. The work includes site utilities, concrete sidewalks providing pedestrian and accessible access, a new building with a utility closet, heating and cooling, electrical power and lighting, minimal water and sanitary plumbing, and code-compliant fire alarm work. The contract term is 210 calendar days. Prospective bidders must purchase the bid set from the designated planroom to be considered responsible bidders, and official bidding documents, addenda, registered planholder information, and related submission information will be distributed through that website. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 1, 2026. The solicitation identifies participation goals of 6% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses, 21% for Minority-Owned Businesses, and 9% for Women-Owned Businesses.
