Description
Madison County Commission is soliciting bids for three 2026 Jeep Cherokee Laredos or equivalent vehicles for the Tax Assessor's Office. Vehicles must include standard equipment and warranty, four-wheel drive, a 1.6L I4 turbo hybrid or equivalent engine, electronic variable transmission, bright white exterior, black cloth interior, rear backup camera, front and rear floor mats, heated front seats, power-heated exterior mirrors, roof rails, and 18-inch aluminum wheels. Pricing must include all fees and warranty costs. The successful vendor must provide technical and service manuals upon delivery, a detailed vehicle specification sheet, and immediate delivery is requested. The bid may be awarded all-or-none, item by item, or by individual category, with award based on factors including price, conformity to specifications, availability of repair parts, delivery time, and compatibility.
