Description
The contractor will provide daily janitorial services at restroom facilities in Lake County parks, including cleaning and disinfecting fixtures and surfaces, mopping floors, restocking toiletries, emptying trash, and removing litter within 50 feet of restrooms. The scope also includes opening and closing park gates and restroom doors, inspecting grounds for patron safety, and providing additional cleanings upon request. The contractor must supply all labor, materials, equipment, vehicles, and supplies; specified requirements include compatible restroom supplies and restrictions on certain cleaning chemicals. The work is divided into three geographic groups, and vendors may bid on one or more groups. The County may award to one or multiple vendors. The contract is an indefinite-quantity arrangement with no guaranteed minimum or maximum expenditure. The estimated project budget is $80,000. Responses must include the specified submission form, affidavit, pricing sheet, staffing and supplies information, references, business registration proof, W-9, addenda acknowledgments, and proof of insurance or evidence of insurability.
