Request for Proposal WHEELCHAIR BUS For School Year 2026/2027 Ch'ooshgai Community School, Inc. P.O. Box 321 Tohatchi, NM 87325 Public notice is hereby given that the Ch'ooshgai Community School accepting competitive sealed proposals from qualified and eligible (licensed) firms to provide WHEELCHAIR BUS. All RFPs must be submitted by September, 11 2026 12:00PM to be considered for selection. RFP packet request can be sent to ajackson@ccsbroncos.org or call (505) 733-2712 or (505) 733-2727 for more information. Ch'ooshgai Community School Board of Education, Inc. reserves the right to reject any and all proposals submitted and to re-advertise in its best interest and to request additional information from all proposers. Navajo Owned and Non-Navajo Owned firms and individuals are invited to respond to this RFP. Interested firms and individuals will be evaluated in accordance with the requested proposal and applicable law, including but not limited to the Navajo Nation Business Opportunity Act (NN Title 5, Chapter 2) and Indian Preference (25 C.F.R. 1000.52). Ch'ooshgai Community School is seeking a qualified and licensed firm to provide a wheelchair bus for the 2026/2027 school year. The solicitation requests competitive sealed proposals and invites both Navajo-owned and non-Navajo-owned firms and individuals to respond. The proposal packet must be requested separately. No specifications, quantities beyond one wheelchair bus, delivery requirements, or additional submission documents are provided in the available notice.
