Description
The Colorado State Patrol Aircraft Unit is seeking a multi-year agreement for full-motion simulator flight training, including initial and recurrent training for the Pilatus PC-12 NG with Honeywell Primus Apex avionics and/or the King Air 200 with Garmin G-1000 avionics. The provider must offer at least four PC-12 training slots in October 2026, 2027, and 2028, and at least four King Air training slots in March 2027 and 2028. Secured slots must be interchangeable between the two aircraft types, and there is no penalty for unused slots. The quoted pricing is intended to establish guaranteed training prices if the State elects to use the training; it is not itself a commitment to purchase training. Pricing is requested for initial and recurrent training, and proposals will be evaluated based on compliance with the requirements and pricing. The State prefers that some or all training be provided within Colorado. The anticipated purchase-order term runs through December 31, 2028.
