Description
This solicitation is for the manufacture and supply of a MODULE,MUX RELAY 20. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) award. Key requirements include adherence to MIL-STD packaging, Government Source Inspection, FOB Origin delivery, and compliance with Item Unique Identification (IUID) requirements per DFARS 252.211-7003. The supplier must be an authorized source and provide an OEM letter if not the manufacturer. Quotes should include unit price, total price, lead time, award CAGE, inspection/acceptance CAGE, cost breakdown (including profit rate if feasible), quote expiration date (minimum 90 days), and delivery vehicle if applicable. Evaluation will be based on Price and Past Performance, considering factors such as contract requirement fulfillment, quality, timeliness, cost management, communication, and customer satisfaction. Supplier performance risk will also be assessed. The solicitation requires compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards and specific packaging requirements per MIL-STD-2073. The material supplied must be mercury-free, with strict controls to prevent contamination, especially for submarine/surface ship use. Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) control per ANSI/ESD S20.20 is also required.
