Description
The Bureau of Reclamation is seeking a 10-inch motor-operated Nordstrum Dynamic Plug Valve Assembly or equivalent. The assembly must include a 10" Nordstrum 1949 Plug Valve, a Limitorque MXB Series Electric Actuator, and a Limitorque WG35 Gear Box. The valve body should be ASME B16.34 Class 150 iron with flanged ends conforming to ASME B16.47 Series A, and feature a self-protecting and self-cleaning metal seating surface with an integral sealant system. The gearbox should have a 52:1 ratio or as appropriate for the electric actuator. The electric actuator must be multi-turn, 3-phase, 60 Hertz, 480 VAC. The assembly will be factory tested and fully assembled. Delivery is required within 90 days after receipt of order (ARO) to 7794 Folsom Dam Road, Folsom, CA 95630, Attn: Janell Vincent, F.O.B. Destination. This is a sources sought notice for acquisition planning purposes to determine the availability of qualified small businesses.
