Submission Instructions
Description
This solicitation is for the manufacture of a Power Control Panel. The contract will include manufacturing requirements and quality requirements for the panel. Applicable documents and standards, including MIL-STD-130 for marking, are specified. Changes in design, material, servicing, or part number require approval from the NAVICP-MECH Contracting Officer. The contractor is responsible for all inspection requirements, and records of inspection work must be maintained for 365 days after final delivery. Packaging shall be in accordance with MIL-STD-2073. Award evaluations will be made using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria.
