Description
Avon Lake Regional Water is seeking unit-price bids for its estimated 2027 requirements for water distribution system supplies. The solicitation includes copper tubing and brass fittings; curb stops, corporation stops, meter setters, meter vaults and covers; couplings, repair clamps, valve boxes, water main pipe, valves, fire hydrants, mechanical-joint fittings and restraints; polyethylene encasement, service tubing, sewer and storm pipe, and associated hardware. Materials must generally comply with applicable ANSI/AWWA, ASTM, NSF/ANSI 61 and lead-free requirements, with domestic manufacturing requirements applying to specified brass and other products. Quantities are approximate, orders will be placed as needed, and bidders may bid individual items. Delivery is required to the utility facility, with routine delivery service and specified packaging, notification, certification, and product-compliance requirements. The bid must include the completed electronic proposal, a 10% bid bond, a completed non-collusion affidavit, and required acknowledgments and certifications identified in the bid packet.
