Description
Dunellen Borough is seeking a full-time Laborer for its Public Works Department. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of and the ability to operate landscaping and snow removal equipment. A valid New Jersey Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is preferred, and must be acquired within six months of employment if not already held. Experience with tree work or heavy equipment operation is considered a plus. This position requires availability for emergency call-outs, overtime, and occasional weekend work. All applicants must successfully pass a physical examination and drug screening. The role involves moderate physical effort, including the ability to push/pull objects up to 100 pounds and regularly lift/carry up to 50 pounds. References are required. The starting salary range is $37,440.00 to $48,672.00, with a top salary rate of $74,250.00 and full health benefits.
