Description
The U.S. Army’s SHIELD Project Office is seeking information from capable sources that can provide comprehensive engineering and technical support for the Avenger Weapon System and derivative systems. The anticipated capability includes system engineering and integration, design and fabrication of solutions, software engineering, test-equipment support, reliability and failure analysis, hardware and software troubleshooting, logistics, technical-manual development, repairs, and Field Service Representative support. Respondents must also address deployment and sustainment of weapon systems, LRU redesign and replacement, installation, New Equipment Training and sustainment training, inventory and repair-status management, cybersecurity and information assurance, classified-information handling, quality and configuration management, and support at multiple locations, including Foreign Military Sales countries. Contractor personnel must hold and maintain Secret clearances, and partial solutions will not be considered. This is an RFI for market research only; it is not a solicitation or an offer for contract award. Responses must be unclassified, identify proprietary material, and include business information, relevant experience, capability narratives, risk-management information, staffing and subcontracting approaches, training capabilities, and financial capability.
