Description
The contractor will provide full preventive maintenance and repair services for the park’s elevator and lifts, including a passenger elevator, vertical and incline chair lifts, and a pool lift. The scope includes scheduled inspections, cleaning, adjustments, lubrication, repairs, replacement parts, callback service, and required safety testing. Elevator service is scheduled monthly, while lifts must be serviced at least six times per year. The contractor must also perform an initial inspection, develop a maintenance protocol, and provide service reports and required maintenance and safety-test documentation.
