Description
Clay Community Schools seeks a multipathed, independent fiber connection with symmetrical bandwidth starting at 6 Gbps and scalable to 20 Gbps, with guaranteed throughput. The proposal should describe the service-provider-to-applicant pathway, any third-party leased lines, the proposed fiber handoff, and any provider-owned onsite equipment needed to deliver service. Pricing should include laddered service tiers, recurring and nonrecurring costs, and optional pricing for public IPv4 and IPv6 addresses. Respondents must provide a proposed SLA covering network availability, packet loss, latency, jitter, 24/7/365 trouble reporting, outage diagnosis and repair commitments, chronic-trouble provisions, and service reporting. The response must also include detailed service and construction descriptions with a delivery timeline, complete pricing, three similar-service references, the provider’s E-Rate SPIN number, and a ready-to-execute contract. The requested service is to begin July 1, 2027. The district seeks a three-year contract with up to two voluntary one-year extensions, while other terms may be considered.
