Description
Charleston County School District is seeking bids for new, unused appliances on an as-needed basis. The scope includes supplying, delivering, and installing appliances; removing old appliances where applicable; and providing repairs or authorized repair service as needed. Vendors may bid on either or both lots: general appliances, including refrigerators, ice makers, and a microwave; and athletic-facility commercial laundry equipment, including industrial washers and dryers. Offered items must meet the specifications or be supported with product data demonstrating equivalence, and bidders must identify deviations. The solicitation also requests a Certificate of Insurance, qualifications and experience information, three references for similar work performed for similar agencies within the past year, and a completed signature form. A questionnaire attachment is referenced for qualifications, but the incoming document list does not include it.
