Description
Iowa State University of Science and Technology is soliciting proposals for body, vehicle, fixed, and portable police camera systems, together with a unified cloud-based digital evidence storage and case-management solution. The scope includes migration from the existing Motorola EL5 server, evidence storage, multifactor authentication, configurable access controls and retention settings, audit logging, CJIS compliance and security certifications, GPS mapping, simultaneous body- and vehicle-video playback, video retrieval, license plate recognition, cloud uploads, remote viewing, and integration with existing vehicle and cellular equipment. The portable system must support special-event deployments with at least two cameras and audio recording. The work includes implementation, training, technical support, and pricing for three-year and five-year terms with optional one-year renewals. Vendors must complete the Higher Education Cloud Assessment Tool (HECVAT) and provide a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT); the solution must substantially conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA and applicable Section 508 standards. Responses must be submitted online through ISUBid.
