Description
The Town of Woodbury is soliciting bids for the construction of a modular building to serve as an animal shelter. The project includes the furnishing and installation of two manufactured buildings: a Cat Kennel Building and a Cat Quarantine Building. Both buildings will include foundations, interior fixtures and finishes (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, lighting, partitions, cabinetry, restroom accessories, hot water, and drainage), and exterior building envelopes (siding, roofing, gutters, steps, ramps, and canopies). Specific requirements include commercial-grade seamless and non-porous interior surfaces, compliance with AVMA air exchange standards, high-NRC ceiling tiles, and full ADA and fire safety compliance. The project is funded by the New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets and is subject to MWBE goals.
