Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting a quotation for 13 aluminum alloy 6061-O annealed-temper metal sheets, each 0.063 inches thick by 48 inches wide by 144 inches long, conforming to the stated technical data package and referenced SAE, ASTM, and drawing requirements. Test coupons are not permitted, and the material must be supplied in whole-foot lengths within the required minimum and maximum length requirements. The supplier must provide a Certificate of Quality Compliance (mill-material certification) for each shipment and comply with continuous identification markings, domestic-material restrictions, qualified-supplier requirements for distributors, MIL-STD-2073-1E packaging, MIL-STD-129 marking, palletization, and destination inspection. Delivery is required 163 days after award to the DLA Distribution DDSP New Cumberland Facility in Pennsylvania; the quotation must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System by the stated return date.
