Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking 35 sheets of low-carbon steel metal, commercial quality, cold rolled, measuring 0.0897 inches thick by 36 inches wide by 96 inches long. Acceptable compositions are 1010, 1015, 1018, or 1020 steel. The material must comply with the stated ASTM, military, packaging, marking, and technical-data requirements, including ASTM A1008/A1008M-25, MIL-STD-129, and applicable DLA quality requirements. The procurement requires a Certificate of Quality Compliance (mill-material certification) with each shipment, exact dimensions, continuous identification markings, qualified-supplier-list compliance, and specified packaging. The quotation must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System by September 28, 2026. The requested delivery period is 27 days after award, with FOB origin terms; the solicitation identifies an original required delivery date of December 12, 2026.
