Description
The Town of Moultonborough seeks a software solution for its Land Use Department, which currently relies primarily on paper processes and spreadsheets. The solution must support building permits and inspections, land use applications, code enforcement reporting and investigations, contractor registrations, an online application and payment portal, GIS integration, reporting, and retention of Town-owned data. Residents and contractors should be able to apply, upload documents, pay fees, and check application status online, while staff should be able to manage forms, fees, workflows, and outputs and track review deadlines. The scope includes software licensing or subscription, implementation and configuration, migration of approximately 30,000 zoning files, staff training, technical support and software maintenance, and post-go-live changes. Optional extras include a mobile field-inspection solution and direct support for applicants and residents. Proposals must include a letter of interest, vendor proposal, attached bid sheet, and three references from municipalities with similar population characteristics. The bid sheet requests one-time and recurring pricing, including total cost for Years 1–5.
