Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking capable businesses for a sources-sought requirement involving four WoundScout Unlimited long-wave infrared thermography devices for wound-care applications. The requirement may be fulfilled through leasing or purchasing and includes integrated software licensing, subscriptions, access to current hardware and software enhancements, technical and clinical support, training, and Federal electronic health record integration. The contractor must provide expedited maintenance, guaranteed replacement of malfunctioning equipment, manufacturer-recommended updates and preventive maintenance, replacement-device shipping, ongoing software and device support, and coordination with VA staff. The anticipated structure is one base year plus applicable option periods; the notice states one base year and identifies the requirement as a market-research effort rather than an active solicitation. Responses should include company and point-of-contact information, UEI, applicable GSA contract information, a capability statement, product brochures and specifications, Buy American compliance, an OEM authorization letter, and leasing-versus-purchasing terms if leasing is offered.
