Description
Holmes Murphy, on behalf of the Town of Prosper, is soliciting proposals from insurance carriers for aggregate and specific stop-loss coverage for the Town's employee medical plan. The requested coverage should duplicate the current plan design and include a $150,000 option with no laser contract, as well as coverage at $175,000 with no laser contract. The employee population is approximately 350. The requested effective date is January 1, 2027. Current coverage information identifies Evolution Risk as the stop-loss carrier, with current rates of $196.16 for individual stop loss and $4.29 for aggregate coverage. Census data, the current stop-loss policy, medical summary plan description, and claims history are available upon request. Award will be based on the best value to the Town.
