Description
The City of Maple Ridge is requesting proposals from experienced fleet-services firms to provide insurance advice and act as the City's fleet insurance broker. The scope includes renewal of insurance coverage for vehicles and equipment with ICBC, as well as optional liability and comprehensive insurance coverage; other property insurance is out of scope. The City anticipates entering into a three-year agreement from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2029, with an option, at the City's sole discretion, to extend the agreement for an additional two-year term through no later than December 31, 2031. The successful proponent will be evaluated based on mandatory criteria, pricing, and the terms and conditions of the solicitation.
