Description
New Mexico State University intends to acquire a fully integrated, off-the-shelf Daqscribe performance solution consisting of an MDR8500-10XG-240T recording system with software and an NPS9110CV discovery station with software. The justification identifies Daqscribe Solutions as the sole manufacturer and distributor capable of providing the proprietary nRec and nDiscovery software suite, which manages edge-to-core network-to-capture-recording workflows and supports a “Zero Data Loss” proposition. This is a sole-source pre-award notice under New Mexico procurement requirements. Companies believing they can provide equal or greater goods or services must submit written reasoning and detailed qualifications or specifications for consideration; the university reserves the right to determine equivalence. The notice states that challenges must be submitted within seven calendar days of posting.
