Description
The School Board of Marion County, Florida is soliciting bids for a term contract covering approximately eight 24-by-40-by-12-foot steel buildings for schools throughout the District. Buildings must be Carports Anywhere brand or an acceptable equivalent and include a 10-by-10-foot chain-driven roll-up door, a 36-by-60-inch walk-through door, ventilation-fan frameouts, insulation, specified colors and roof finish, and compliance with the plans and building-code requirements. The awarded vendor must provide all materials, equipment, labor, delivery, installation, and anchoring, including coordination with District personnel before anchoring. The solicitation requires manufacturer authorization and factory certification for installers, applicable licenses and registrations, warranties, and insurance. The initial contract term is November 11, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with possible six-month renewals by mutual agreement.
