Description
The Lower Racetrack Creek Restoration Project is an invitation for bids for environmental restoration construction. The scope includes channel realignment, floodplain grading and enhancement, brush-matrix streambank treatments, large wood habitat structures, willow floodplain benches and trenches, fence removal and repair, installation of woven, wire, and jackleg fencing, water gaps, gates, culverts, a stockwater tank system, diversion structures, headgates, fish screens, return piping, flumes, and willow regeneration exclosures. The project also includes collecting and delivering willow cuttings, rock, and wood. The solicitation identifies 26 service line items with specified quantities, including 312 linear feet of channel realignment, 5,068 linear feet of existing-fence removal, 2,536 linear feet of four-strand wire fencing, one stockwater tank system, one diversion structure, one headgate, one fish screen and return system, and one flume. Addendum No. 1 corrected the eMACS response fields for the headgate, fish-screen, and flume line items and states that no contract-document changes were made.
