Description
Community Renewal Team is soliciting bids for paper foodservice supplies and janitorial items for its food production facility. The pricing spreadsheet lists 48 product categories, including foam bowls and plates, catering trays and covers, napkins, disposable utensils, bags, foil, plastic wrap, gloves, aprons, detergent, bleach, trash liners, towels, and related supplies. Vendors must bid on at least 50% of the items and complete every applicable column of the electronic pricing spreadsheet, including brand, pricing, and comments. Deliveries are required after each order, generally on the next day unless otherwise approved, and the buyer may increase or decrease projected quantities. The contract period is October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, with extensions possible upon approval by both parties. Proposals must include the completed Bid Form, bidder information, the completed pricing spreadsheet, and a sample certificate of liability insurance. The buyer may split the award among vendors and will consider price, past vendor history, responsiveness, qualifications, and delivery date.
