Description
The School Board of Brevard County, Florida, is soliciting fixed pricing from qualified vendors to provide paper towels, toilet tissue, compatible dispensing systems, and related accessories on an as-needed, district-wide basis. The pricing schedule includes universal paper hand towel rolls, multifold paper towels, junior jumbo toilet tissue, individually wrapped standard-roll bath tissue, and compatible dispensers. Historical quantities are estimates only and do not obligate the District to purchase specific amounts. Deliveries must be made to schools and departments throughout the District, with no minimum order, during specified delivery hours and on an FOB destination, freight prepaid and allowed basis. Vendors must identify proposed products, manufacturers, model or part numbers, compatible dispensers, and any equal products, with descriptive material sufficient to establish compliance with the specifications. The solicitation encourages environmentally preferable alternatives that maintain required commercial-grade performance, absorbency, and compatibility. The contract is expected to have an initial three-year term with up to one optional two-year renewal period. Respondents must submit pricing and product information, licenses and certifications, customer-service information, references, recent similar contract experience including at least one contract serving 40 or more facilities, statutory compliance materials, payment information, and a detailed process for correcting delivery errors. Responses must be submitted electronically through the designated procurement portal in permitted file formats, with all required documents completed and signed by an authorized representative.
