Description
This Sources Sought Request for Information is market research for a potential nationwide public awareness campaign addressing the dangers of counterfeit pharmaceuticals and medical devices. The anticipated effort may include campaign strategy, educational materials, blogs, press releases, public service announcements, videos, digital marketing and media, influencer and journalist outreach, a microsite, social media, and campaign performance metrics. Respondents must provide a concise capability statement addressing company experience, organization size and locations, capabilities and limitations, relevant pharmaceutical and medical-device campaign experience, recommended outreach channels, personnel and subject-matter expertise, performance measurement, risks and mitigation strategies, company information, and relevant project examples. Responses must be searchable PDFs of no more than five pages, excluding cover pages and relevant attachments, and should identify proprietary or confidential information. This is an RFI only and does not constitute a solicitation or commitment to award a contract.
