Description
The City of Lincoln seeks an all-or-nothing bid to remove existing carpet and wall base and install specified replacement carpet and wall base in designated arena areas, including locker rooms, vestibules, lounges, and entryways. The work includes labor, supervision, materials, supplies, equipment, permits, and licenses, as well as providing a dumpster for removed materials. Specified carpet products and wall base vary by area; bidders must price the listed areas through the electronic bid system. The project requires attic stock, with quantities clarified as two boxes of each carpet color per area and one box of resilient base per color. Installation must be completed by May 30, 2027.
