Description
Lewis County is soliciting bids for HVAC installations at various radio communication sites, including BawFaw, Cooks, Crego, FD14 (Randle), Hopkins, and Toledo. The project requires the contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, startup, testing, and incidentals for a complete turnkey installation of Daikin RXF18BVJU9/FTXF18BVJU 18,000 BTU HVAC systems. Installations must comply with manufacturer specifications, applicable mechanical and electrical codes, and utility requirements. Work includes delivery, installation of indoor and outdoor components, piping, drainage, insulation, electrical infrastructure, and grounding systems. The contractor must also coordinate any planned power interruptions to avoid disruption to 911 communications and ensure safe, clean working conditions. The bids must be submitted electronically through the Lewis County procurement portal by July 8, 2026.
