Description
The Alabama Department of Agriculture and Industries, Shipping Point Division, is requesting quotes for an air conditioner to be supplied, installed, removed, and disposed of at their office located at 201 Broad Street, Headland, AL 36345. The solicitation requires the supply of a Carrier GH5SAN54800A or equivalent 4.0-ton air conditioner. The awarded supplier will also be responsible for the installation of the new unit and the removal and disposal of the existing 4.0-ton Trane split system. Installation must be completed within 15 days of purchase order issuance. Suppliers quoting alternate items must provide complete model/part numbers and descriptive literature for evaluation.
