Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 21, is issuing a notice of intent to sole source the procurement of three Helio+ Automated UV-C Triple Emitter Systems manufactured by Surfacide, LLC. These systems are intended for the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System. Each system includes the UV-C Triple Emitter unit, three safety motion sensors, one control table, one joiner with a tablet holder, one joiner with a tote bag, one Joby, and the first year of Extended Software and Maintenance Support. JMC Solutions, LLC, located at 5630 Heirloom Dr, Murfreesboro, TN 37129, has been identified as the sole responsible source. This determination is based on JMC Solutions being Surfacide's authorized Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) distributor, in accordance with FAR 12.102. The government intends to acquire these commercial products under FAR Part 12. This notice serves as a public announcement of the government's intent to solicit and award a non-competitive contract, as required by 15 USC 637 and FAR 5.101. This is not a request for formal proposals or quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement by 3:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time on June 22, 2026.
