Description
The North Carolina Department of Public Instruction is soliciting vendor responses for E-Rate Category Two products and services supporting participating public school units and libraries statewide. The scope includes wireless access points and controllers, switches, routers, firewalls, caching solutions, racks, uninterruptible power supplies, antennas, connectors, cabling, and related software and licenses. The opportunity also includes installation, activation, initial configuration, structured cabling, testing, managed internal broadband services for leased or existing equipment, and basic maintenance such as hardware repair, cable maintenance, configuration changes, technical support, and software upgrades or patches. Vendors must respond using the provided proposal summary and segment response workbook, identify whether they are bidding on Segments A through D, provide applicable OEM or brand information and pricing/discounts, and describe managed-service offerings and statewide service coverage where applicable.
