Description
The Defense Logistics Agency Weapons Support intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract for one new DN PUMA VTR 1620M vertical turning center from DN Solutions, including associated tooling and accessories. The machine must support turning, milling, drilling, tapping, grinding, and reaming, and include specified controls, automatic tool changing, coolant systems, tooling, a Mastercam 2025-compatible post processor, technical data, IUID marking, and OSHA/NRTL compliance certification. The contractor must provide turnkey performance, including removal of the existing Lucas horizontal boring machine, demolition and construction of the machine foundation, delivery, rigging, installation, electrical and mechanical connections, calibration, factory and destination acceptance testing, operator and maintenance training, and related engineering and project-management documentation. Delivery is required within 355 calendar days after receipt of order, followed by 30 calendar days for Government final acceptance testing. Alternate offers will not be considered.
