The New Hampshire Air National Guard intends to issue an Invitation for Bids for a single-firm, firm-fixed-price contract to construct a small arms range at Pease Air National Guard Base. The contractor will provide all required plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision. The construction magnitude is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000, under NAICS 236220. This opportunity is set aside 100% for small business concerns. The contract duration, pre-bid conference date, site-visit details, base-access requirements, and bid-closing date will be provided in the forthcoming SF 1442 solicitation. The solicitation plans and specifications will be distributed electronically, and bidders must be registered in the System for Award Management.
