Description
The University of Wisconsin-Shared Services, on behalf of the University of Wisconsin-Superior, is soliciting bids for a multi-year, multiple-award contract covering signage production and installation on the Superior campus. Potential work includes adhesive vinyl, building and pillar wraps, banners, retractable banners, tabletop displays, acrylic logos, polymetal signs, display panels, window-perforated vinyl, metal parking signs, mesh banners, feather flags, and light-pole branding. All signage must meet applicable ADA requirements, and pricing must include required materials, hardware, equipment, labor, permits, freight, installation, and related costs. The contract is intended to run for one year with four additional one-year renewal terms. The University does not guarantee any specific quantity or dollar amount, and bidders may submit offers for selected lots. Responses must include a technical proposal, completed cost sheet, warranty and service-level information, delivery time, manufacturer or authorized-dealer status, service/maintenance details, and other required certifications and acknowledgments. The bidder must also provide three client references for similar work performed during the past three years.
