Description
Stillwater Area Public Schools is seeking contractors to provide district-wide snow and ice removal during the November 1, 2026, through May 1, 2027, service period. The scope includes removing snow from parking lots, drives, entrances, playground pavement, and emergency paths; addressing blowing and drifting snow; accommodating bus and student traffic; and coordinating snow-pile locations with the District. Sidewalk snow removal is excluded because sidewalks are maintained by District staff. Respondents may submit pricing for one or both site groups and must provide hourly equipment and material pricing, including plow trucks, skid steers, loaders, tractors, graders, dump trucks, salt, sand/salt mix, and liquid pretreatment. The response must include the required non-collusion certification, acceptance of proposal conditions, contractor qualifications summary, equipment and material pricing, three similar-service references, and per-push cost estimates. The District may award separate contracts for different properties. Insurance requirements include commercial general liability, automobile liability when applicable, workers’ compensation where required, employers’ liability, and other coverage applicable to the contractor’s services.
