INVITATION TO BIDSealed bids will be received by the Public Housing Agency of the City of Saint Paul at 91 Arch St, St. Paul, MN 55130 for VINYL FLOORING INSTALLATIONS AT PHA PROPERTIES, Contract 27-110, until 2:00 PM, Local Time, on THURSDAY, OCTOBER 8, 2026 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud via the Teams App. Bids may be submitted electronically, in a pdf format, to Alpha Graphics, www.agplanroom.com, or may be sealed and delivered to the address above. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 30, 2026, at 11:00 AM, local time, at 1743 Iowa Ave E, Saint Paul, MN 55106. A complete set of bid documents is available by contacting Alpha Graphics at 612-446-3777 or www.agplanroom.com, under public projects, VINYL FLOORING INSTALLATIONS AT PHA PROPERTIES, Contract 27-110.
