Description
The City of West St. Paul, Minnesota, is soliciting proposals from qualified electrical and power systems contractors for a turnkey emergency backup power project at the West St. Paul Ice Arena. The scope includes supplying and installing an outdoor emergency standby generator set rated at 350 kW for the base bid, with a 400 kW alternate, and an 800-amp service-entrance-rated automatic transfer switch. The work also includes civil pad construction, system integration, and commissioning. Proposals must be submitted electronically as PDF files by email, with the subject line “RFP - WSP Ice Arena Backup Generator and ATS.”
