Description
This Sources Sought notice seeks qualified small businesses capable of providing one-time hazardous material waste collection and removal services in support of exercise LUHO VI. The contractor must collect approximately 220 gallons of hazardous waste from North Ramp and approximately 220 gallons from Camp Blaz Building 2420, including paint and paint debris, adhesives and sealants, petroleum, JP-8, engine oil, hydraulic fluid, lubricants, aerosols, used absorbents and rags, coolant, and used filters. Services are scheduled for September 24, 2026, during specified pickup windows at each location. The contractor must provide qualified personnel and drivers, transportation, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and all other resources required for performance; comply with applicable safety, security, licensing, permitting, and base-access requirements; and maintain a 24-hour point of contact. The notice requests information regarding small-business status, technical capability, GSA/FSS contract availability, and registered CAGE and DUNS numbers; it is not a request for quotation and does not obligate the Government to award a contract.
