Description
Oak Ridge National Laboratory is seeking a firm-fixed-price quotation for one GEMINI.HP.L.ASY interferometer with the long-range option, one Gemini-Felix TDC system with one synchronization and two detector channels, and one PDM module with a 100-micron diameter, fewer than 100 dark counts per second, fast timing electronics with less than 40-picosecond timing resolution, power supply, and LEMO-to-SMA adapter. Brand Name or Equal applies, and the seller must be an authorized reseller of the products. The quotation must include firm pricing, lead time, country of origin, shipping-origin address, separately stated tariffs, and applicable shipping terms. The seller must provide a completed and signed representations-and-certifications form, identify any exceptions to the solicitation terms, and provide calibration certification and product catalog documentation with the delivered instruments or systems. The award will be based on the lowest-priced, technically acceptable proposal.
